How to access e-certificate software on NETWORK

Install E-certificate software & Create Networking. Server is which system where e-certificate is installed thenfollow these steps
Now open Right click on My Computer and click on Manage
Expand ‘Local Users And Groups’ and select ‘Users’
Now Right Click on ‘ASPNET’
and click on ‘Properties’
and select tab ‘Member Of’ and click on ‘Add’ and then click on ‘Advance’
and then ‘Find Now’ and then select ‘Administrators’ and the click on ‘OK’
and click on ‘OK’
and Now click on username start with name “IWAM_ …” and go to same process as in step 04 to 07
